you expect people to vote for a labour council having just slagged off Carmarthenshire county council in a previous post. Labour and independents are in charge of the council so the blame lies with them. come on Ryan if the Council are hell bent on destroying the arts as you say then it is the people who are in charge of the councils fault and that is the independents and yes, your lot....

Labour are hardly in control! They have 25 out of 74 Councillors. 31 are Independent and you just can't hold Independent Councillors to account.
Local government is flawed.

Labour ARE in control. They are ;eading the Council with the Independents. If they are unhappy with any decision or arrangement, they can simply walk away. They could even govern with Plaid!!
